After a long day of almost no trains and with the ones I caught having all GE's leading, it was nice to see an EMD leading L279 west into CP 173.

On yet another beautiful fall evening a YN3b SD40-2 leads the L279 into C.P. 198 on the Mohawk Subdivision at Lock 14 in Palatine Bridge.
